I was shopping at Wal-Mart when I glanced at a display at the end of an aisle. When I saw the brand name "Pringles", I did a double take. I'm not a big chip eater, but I do enjoy eating Pringles Potato Crisps occasionally. Read this Pringles Baked Wheat Stix - Pizza Flavor - review and find out if you should give them a try too! Product Description Pringles Baked Wheat Stix - Pizza Flavor comes in a 6.8-ounce box that I paid $2.68 for at Wal-Mart. The box contains 10 - .68-ounce packs. The wheat stix are actually "crispy cracker sticks", according to the box. The sticks resemble thin pretzel rods, that are made from crackers. Pringles Baked Wheat Stix come in 4 flavors: Pizza, Vanilla, Crunchy Wheat and Honey Butter. Now comes the interesting part of this section: According to the Wikipedia website, "These (Pringles Baked Wheat Stix) are remarkably similar to a Japanese snack called Pretz." Pretz are long and thin like pretzel sticks, hence the sawed-off name. Pretz come in a variety of flavors like Salad, Tomato, Pizza and Butter. See even more similarities here? One last note: Look at the side panel of a box of Pringles Baked Wheat Stix underneath the "Distr. by Proctor & Gamble, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202, U.S.A.", and what do you see? It reads "PRODUCT OF THAILAND." Interesting, don't you think? No, I've never put pizza sauce on a cracker, but I'd imagine it would sort of taste like Pringles Baked Wheat Stix - Pizza Flavor... sort of. This product is crisp and crunchy and full of pizza flavor. If you read my product reviews, you know I like to get second opinions. So I set the box of Pringles Baked Wheat Stix - Pizza Flavor on my kitchen table after I tried them. Everyone that came in the door got to try this snack too. The results? The 3 people who tried them, loved them! Conclusion Based on the taste test alone, I highly recommend trying Pringles Baked Wheat Stix - Pizza Flavor. I couldn't figure out what the "Pork Extract" is exactly, so I'm a bit leery.
